Evolve Cleaning Concepts

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Evolve Cleaning Concepts. By requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, enrolling in a maintenance plan, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Evolve Cleaning Concepts provides professional residential exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Window Cleaning
• Screen Cleaning
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Screen Mesh Replacement
• Gutter Cleaning

Additional services may be offered from time to time. All services are performed using professional equipment and industry-approved cleaning methods.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control may require appointments to be rescheduled. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to arrange a new service date.

3. Recurring Maintenance Plans

To help homeowners maintain clean windows and exterior surfaces year-round, Evolve Cleaning Concepts offers recurring maintenance plans.

Available service frequencies include:

• Every 4 Months (3 visits per year)
• Quarterly (4 visits per year)
• Biannual (2 visits per year)

Recurring service plans may include scheduled window cleaning, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning based on the selected package and your property's needs.

Customers enrolled in recurring maintenance plans receive priority scheduling and consistent service reminders.

Recurring plans may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled service by providing at least 7 days' notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

A detailed estimate will be provided before work begins.

Final pricing may vary if additional services are requested or if unforeseen conditions require additional labor.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas.
• Secure pets during service appointments.
• Notify us of any fragile windows, damaged screens, loose gutters, or other areas requiring special attention.
• Inform us of any known hazards before service begins.

Failure to provide safe access may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

6. Liability

Evolve Cleaning Concepts performs every service with care and professionalism.

However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, seals, gutters, solar panels, or surrounding surfaces.
• Window seal failures or glass imperfections.
• Existing screen damage discovered during cleaning.
• Damage resulting from deteriorated materials, improper installation, or previously damaged components.
• Conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any existing concerns before work begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will inspect the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct any service-related concerns at no additional charge.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Evolve Cleaning Concepts reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Unsafe working conditions exist.
• Access to the property cannot be safely obtained.
• Hazardous conditions are present.
• Customers engage in abusive or threatening behavior.
• Circumstances prevent us from performing quality work safely.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
